Next Meeting Sunday 3rd June 11.00 at The Fox

This is a must attend meeting for all teams that wish to play in The Droitwich Pool League next season.
All teams must submit their registration forms at this meeting for inclusion in the league next season.


2011-2012 League Updates

Spring Meadow B hold on to 3rd place by inflicting only the 2nd defeat of the season on runaway Premiership Champions,The Freemasons. Ringobells B secure 2nd spot with a 6-3 win over the only other team to beat The Freemasons this season, F'N'G Aces.
At the other end of the table The Riflemans are relegated following their 5-4 defeat by The Westcroft. Despite an impressive 6-3 away win over 4th placed Ringobells A, The Fox & Goose find themselves in a play-off against 2nd placed Championship side Star Asbo to retain their Premiership status.
Congratulations to The Hop Pole on winning the Championship league and so gaining promotion to the Premiership next season. Commiserations to the Spring Ladies for the heaviest defeat of the night, 8-1 against The Pillar of Salt, and so finnishing bottom of the table with 98 points.


Hop Pole Winter K/O Cup. (7 Singles)

The final is between The Freemasons and Ringobells A on Wednesday 30th May at The Barley Mow.
The referee will be Lorraine Fellows.

The semi final results are
Freemasons 4-2 Ringobells B
Ringobells A 4-2 F'N'G Aces


Spring Meadow Spring K/O Cup.

The final will be contested between Ringobells A and The British Legion on Thursday 31st May at The Doverdale.
The referee will be Brian Mellin

The semi final results are

Fox & Goose 2 - 5 Ringobells A


Paul Fletcher Memorial Cup (7 Singles)

The final will be between Star Asbo and Spring Team Freaks on Minday 28th May at The Hop Pole.
The referee will be Del Nokes.

The semi final results are
Star Asbo 4-1 Dovey
Spring Team Freaks 4-3 Bells Boozers


Paul Sheen Memorial Cup.

The final will be contested between Freemasons and Doverdale Arms on Tuesday 29th May at The Star & Garter.
The referee will be Bill Eastbury

Doverdale Arms 5 - 1 Dovey


Westcroft Premiership K/O Cup

The final will be played between Freemasons and F'N'G Aces on Wednesday 23rd May at THe Westcroft.
The referee for this match will be Mike Carnie.

Copcut Elm Championship K/O Cup

The final will be between Dovey and The Hop Pole Green Army on Wednesday 23rd May at The Pillar of Salt.
The referee for this match will be Bill Eastbury.

Singles K/O competition

The final of the Singles K/O competition will be between two Ringobells B players.
Starting from 100 entries, Martin King & Phil Bridges have progressed to contest the best of 5 frames final to be held at the Fox & Goose on presentation night, Friday 1st June.
The referee for the final will be Brian Mellin.


Ladies Singles K/O Competition

The holder, Clare McGregor (Dovey), beat Laura Higgs (Spring Ladies), 3-1 in the final held at the Spring Meadow.

  


Doubles K/O Competition

This sesons final will be contested by

at The Fox & Goose Presentation night on Friday 1st June at 7.30 pm.
The referee will be Mike Carnie


Premiership 9th & Championship 2nd Play-off.

Fox & Goose beat Star Asbo 5-4 to retain their premiership status.
